You want to navigate from a Fiori Elements Overview Page to an external Fiori app using intent based navigation. The second Fiori application must be opened in a new tab.
To achieve that the target semantic object/action is maintained with the parameter "sap-ushell-navmode = explace". But the target Fiori application is still opened in inplace mode.
