3490736 - Owner Determination is not Working for Activity List

When creating a Task for Activity List with an Account that has Owner determined, the Task's Owner Determination is assigning the user who created the Activity List instead of the Account Owner.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Navigate to Activities > Activity Lists Workcenter view;
2. Create a new test entry for Tasks;
3. Enter any subject and category and check "Owner Determination";
4. Add an Account to the Activity List that has an Account Owner listed;
5. Observe that the created Task still has the current user determined and not the Account Owner.

It was maintained the option 20-Current User under Involved Parties Determination for Tasks.

To change that, perform the below steps:

1. Go to Business Configuration;
2. Implementation Projects;
3. Select the active project;
4. Open Activity List;
5. Search for Activities;
6. Maintain Involved Parties for Tasks;
7. Select Employee Responsible;
8. Click on Maintain Determinations;
9. Unmark 20-Current User and choose 5-Employee Responsible of Account Team;
10. Ok > Save and Close.

Determining, not choosing, Owner Determination flag  , KBA , LOD-CRM-ACT , Activities , LOD-CRM-OPP , Opportunity Management , LOD-CRM-ACC , Account , Problem
