3490775 - How to submit for approval without saving sales order.

The basic information of documents needs to be preserved before submission and approval is allowed. Hope to add a button of "Submission and approval" on the document creation interface, so that the submission and approval can be quickly completed on the document creation interface.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales work center. 
2. Sales Orders work center view.
3. Click on + button to create a new sales order.
4. There is no submit for approval button on the quick creation page.

It's impossible to add submit for approval button on the sales order quick creation page via using standard process.

The following options for handling this scenario for sales orders with document type having maintenance mode ‘Internal’:

• Use the detail create view instead of Quick Create. To activate detail create view reference Create Sales Order in Detail View. In the detail view customer can submit the order without saving.
• Second option is to use PDI to add the Submit action to Quick create. The BO action ‘SUBMIT’ is PSM released so can be used for PDI coding.

For sales orders with document type having maintenance mode ‘Internal&External’ the Submit action is not possible without executing Simulate action.
