3490838 - Cannot change Mpx_DAS_COMMUNICATION_ENABLE to OFF in the environment upgraded to 16.1 - SAP IQ

Symptom

The default value of SAP IQ 16.0 Mpx_DAS_COMMUNICATION_ENABLE is ON.
When You changed this option to OFF after upgrading to SAP IQ 16.1, it remains ON.  

(DBA)> set option public.Mpx_DAS_Communication_Enabled = OFF

(DBA)> select * from sysoptions where "option" like 'Mpx_DAS%'
user_name option                        setting
-----------------------------------------------
PUBLIC    Mpx_DAS_Communication_Enabled ON
