3490932 - SAP Cloud Connector - "Proxy Cannot Be Reached" Alert on Subaccount Overview Page of cloud connector 2.17.0

Symptom

After completing the SAP Cloud Connector upgrade to version 2.17.0, the alert "Proxy Cannot Be Reached" appears on the subaccount overview page, even though no proxy is used. Despite this alert, the subaccount connection status shows as connected.
