Symptom

After upgrading to SAP Commerce Cloud 2211.24, there are some Address saving issues when importing InboundB2BCustomer or InboundB2BUnit from CPI iflow.
  • Exceptions observed in Commerce Cloud Kibana log
    • Multiple items found when unique item of type 'Address' in integration object 'InboundB2BUnit' is searched by its key 'false|null'
    • Multiple items found when unique item of type 'Address' in integration object 'InboundB2BCustomer' is searched by its key '123456%7C123456%7C12345678%7Cnull'
  • Missing addresses under B2BUnit or B2BCustomer after the import but there is no error in Kibana log.
