Symptom

When user is trying to delete the outbound delivery after Goods issue reversal (OD/FDO) but getting below errors are displayed.

1) Activity "Delete Document" is not permitted; reason: status "Goods Issue" has value "Completed" - Message no. /SCDL/AF041, 
    Document has completed items: deletion not allowed - Message no. /SCWM/DELIVERY243 

2) Document has completed items: deletion not allowed - Message no. /SCWM/DELIVERY243
