Reproducing the Issue
Scenario 1:
- Complete the interview ratings
- Modify one of the existing competency
- Save and go back to view the historical interview ratings
Scenario 2:
- Complete the interview ratings
- Delete one of the existing competency
- Add a new competency
- Save and go back to view the historical interview ratings
Resolution
There are two scenarios for changing competencies after interview ratings have already been completed.
- Modify the original competency
- Delete the original competency and add a new one
Scenario 1:
This will not affect the historical interview ratings. When you check the individual competency ratings, you'll see the competency content changed but the rating retains.
Scenario 2:
This will affect the historical interview ratings. When you check the individual competency ratings, you'll see the new competency rating value is n/a.
