Reproducing the Issue

Scenario 1:

  1. Complete the interview ratings
  2. Modify one of the existing competency
  3. Save and go back to view the historical interview ratings

Scenario 2:

  1. Complete the interview ratings
  2. Delete one of the existing competency
  3. Add a new competency
  4. Save and go back to view the historical interview ratings

Resolution

There are two scenarios for changing competencies after interview ratings have already been completed.

  • Modify the original competency
  • Delete the original competency and add a new one

Scenario 1:

        This will not affect the historical interview ratings. When you check the individual competency ratings, you'll see the competency content changed but the rating retains.

Scenario 2:

        This will affect the historical interview ratings. When you check the individual competency ratings, you'll see the new competency rating value is n/a.
