The bgOrderPos is always displaying as 0 when the candidate is being created using API, while it does not happen if you create the background element in UI. The details are inserted in the background element via API are displaying in the UI for the candidate but they don't have a known order. When trying to edit bgOrderPos to another value using API it results in error since this field is not upsertable.
