Symptom

The following error occurs during Business Partner (BP) processing:

"No authorization to maintain relationships of category BUR001. Message no. R1847"

This is observed in the following scenarios:

  • During Customer/Vendor → BP synchronization via MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT (results visible in MDS_PPO2)
  • During IDOC reprocessing of DEBMAS / CREMAS via BD87
