3491293 - "Unable to connect to data source" and "Error in validating connection definition and credentials on fields: [serviceRootURI]" when creating SAC connection using Cloud Connector Mapping

When creating a new import connection to S/4HANA or another connection type that uses Cloud Connector Mappings, the error message is shown:

• 'Unable to connect to data source. Check the connection details and user credentials, and then try again'

Inside the HAR file, the following error message is visible:

• "Error in validating connection definition and credentials on fields: [serviceRootURI] (If this is using a shared connection without credentials, please enter the credentials by running a data import using such connection)"
