3491303 - How to add a business role to Business user in CNS

Symptom

You want to add a role to a user in CNS.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Cause

Business users have business roles assigned, and the access controls in the system are implemented on business roles and it is necessary to have the right ones assigned to perform tasks (like communication with other systems).

Resolution

In CNS

Go to Users and Control.
Go to User.
Find the user and open it.
Go to tab Assigned Business Roles.
In the magnifying glass select and add the role to the user.
