When trying to export JDM job role IDs using the Family and Role Mapping Export job in Provisioning, the job fails with an error:

• SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder
• SAP SuccessFactors Job Description Manager

1. Create a scheduled job by following the steps in Managing Scheduled Jobs - Creating Job Requests for the Family and Role Mapping Export job type
2. Job fails with the error

Environment is using Job Profile Builder

An environment using Job Profile Builder cannot use this Provisioning job as no further changes should be made from Provisioning. This Provisioning job is only used for environments using JDM.

To locate JDM job role IDs, JPB environments can use the steps in Implementing the Metadata Framework (MDF) - Exporting Object Definitions for the following generic objects:

• Role (Reference the GUID column)
• Family (Reference the GUID column, if needed)
• JdmJpbMappingEntity (Reference the jdmId column)
