3491376 - TIN number maintained in master data cannot be synchronized between S/4HANA and ECC systems

Symptom

This KBA only relevant for MY DRC solution

In HANA system, TIN maintained in BP using tax category MY7.

In ECC system, TIN maintained in XD02/FD02:

  • Goto Malaysia Electronic Documents.
  • In the Taxpayer Identification Number field, enter the TIN of the customer. 

If Business partner be synchronized from S/4HANA to ECC system through IDOC Message type DEBMAS (Basic Type DEBMAS07), TIN cannot be synchronized .
