When going to the Check Tool, it is clear that the candidates are not available in the Dashboard because certain fields were not received in the integration. However, since the candidates are not available in the Dashboard, it is impossible to access the 'restart' option. Additionally, the 'Initiate Onboarding' button in RCM is grayed out.
