3491383 - SAP Work Zone Mobile - Cannot open custom URL in Workzone Mobile App

• A custom URL that can open a link like YouTube (www.youtube.com) has been created in the UI Integration Card inside the SAP Work Zone. 
• Using Workzone Mobile App>Login>Click the custom URL>Nothing will happen. However, when using Mobile Browser the custom URL opens just fine.

1. Use a Mobile Browser Application (e.g. google,safari,others) 
2. Login to SAP Workzone
3. Click the custom URL
4. It will redirect you to the Youtube app

2. Click the custom URL
3. Nothing will happen

Expected behavior

This is the current framework design of the SAP Workzone Mobile Application where it cannot open custom URLs within the application. This feature is not currently supported, SAP Workzone Mobile Application utilizes a WebView which does not support this feature. However, this functionality is supported in the mobile browser.
