3491388 - Hired candidate cannot open Compliance Forms task due to form version updates error - Onboarding

When hired candidate tries to complete the compliance forms from To-do bar, will see error:

An error occurred while checking for form version updates. Contact Product Support if this issue persists.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as hired candidate
2. Go to To-do bar > Complete Compliance Tasks tile
3. See error: "An error occurred while checking for form version updates. Contact Product Support if this issue persists."
4. Click on the HP card "Provide your tax and employment details, as applicable"
5. There is not option to complete the forms

Missing permissions.
