Symptom

Dump CALLBACK_REJECTED_BY_WHITELIST occurs even if the callback allow list for RFC destination EU_SCRP_WN32 is maintained as per SAP Note "2251931 - Runtime error CALLBACK_REJECTED_BY_WHITELIST in graphical Screen Painter".
