Element which exists in the underlying custom CDS view is not selectable in Fields Selections of Custom Analytical Queries.

There is a workaround:

Add a calculation in underlying custom CDS view, with the element itself like below.

I_ManufacturingOrder.ManufacturingOrderText

Then the added calculation will be selectable in the custom analytical query.
