3491523 - Document flow update indicator is set in TVSHP impacting partial goods receipt (Error VLA 312) - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • While posting partial goods receipt for inbound delivery, system gives an error VLA312
  • In the ECC system, since the document flow is not update, you can perform the partial quantity posting via MIGO with reference to delivery
  • However in S4 HANA, since the document flow update indicator is available in TVSHP table but not available for modification, this leads the VLA312 error
