3491557 - How to edit 'Location' for business user

In app "Maintain Business Users", there is field named "Location", and it is unable to edit.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.  

The 'Location' field is derived from the 'Floor' and 'Room' fields and cannot be edited directly within the 'Maintain Business Users' app. It is technically not possible to edit Floor or Room in Fiori app "Maintain Business Users".
For S/4HANA Cloud, there was a product decision that Human Capital Management (HCM) Integration is always active. Therefore the workplace address including 'Floor' and 'Room' is owned by HCM and can only be changed by HCM.

To update the 'Location' field, use the appropriate Communication Scenario based on the HCM system in use:
  - For SuccessFactors Employee Central: SAP_COM_0001 
  - For other external HCM Workforce Integrations: SAP_COM_0301
