Symptom
- The following error is seen when attemting to connect from Crystal Reports for Enterprise (CR4E) to BI Platform through dswsbobje via HTTPS:
Failed to establish a connection. The cause was:
Unable to authenticate with SSL (HTTPS). For assistance, contact your network administrator. - In the CR4E error logs, the below error is seen:
Unsupported signature algorithm (rsa_pss_rsae_sha512) used in CertificateVerify handshake message - [Internal Error AlertL131]
