Symptom

  • The Live Activity pop-up window does not automatically open when an inbound call is received.
  • This issue occurs with integrations involving SAP Contact Center, Sinch Contact Pro, or Communication Desktop Tool (CDT).
  • The pop-up remains minimized and does not maximize to alert the user of an incoming call.
