3491877 - Email notification shows "Anonymous commented" after commenting a diagram from SAP Signavio Process Manager

Invitation to comment to diagrams have been sent to users/collaborators but when they submit a comment, the Signavio generated email notification is showing "Anonymous commented" even though they are logged in correctly.

The inviter used the feature Inviting New Stakeholders via Email. This feature is usually used to invite anyone (especially those who don't have Signavio license) to comment on a diagram. This is done via Explorer > Share > Invite anyone for feedback. If you use the "Invite anyone for feedback" feature, the commenter will always show in the email notification "Anonymous commented" or "Anonymous" after leaving a comment in the diagram (even if the user is logged in at Signavio Process Manager). If you want to have this feature changed, please contact SAP Signavio Support.
