Saving a Favorite Template in Excel Add in, gives the following error message:

500 internal server error.

"Error when executing the database procedure "/IBP/CL_XLSAD_DAC_ALERTS=>SOAPAPI_GET_ALERT_COUNT".SQL error: "260". SQL message: "invalid column name: "SAPHANADB"."/IBP/CL_XLSAD_DAC_ALERTS"
