3491903 - Error Occurred Message When Creating/Editing DPCS Statement

Upon saving the Data Privacy Consent Statement, error pops up as seen below.

1. Go to Manage Data Privacy Statements
2. Choose Privacy Statements
3. Choose the statement that you want to modify
4. Make changes and then Save & Publish
5. Error appears

When you copy your statement from Microsoft Word or Excel, it will bring out some Word format information which is not presented in the content text but will exist in the payload parameters.

Don't directly copy the text from Word/Excel or any other Word processor software which may bring out format/script text invisible. It is recommended to paste your statement from Notepad if you encounter this issue.
