3491914 - Data Capture Form Field Picklist Value Appears Blank - Recruiting Marketing

The dropdown options of data capture form field selected locale appears blank

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Navigate to Data Capture Form.
2. Click on dropdown options of Data Capture Form (DCF) field. 
3. Drop down options are showing as blanks.

There is no translation in Admin Center > Picklist Centre for the selected locale.

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Picklist Centre.
2. Select the picklist used in DCF.
3. Click on the Globe Icon. Notice that there is no translation for the locale selected.
4. Add translation to the picklist values in all locales used in your career site.
5. Run OData API Metadata Refresh
6. Delete Data Capture Form and add again.
