Symptom

In the Component Monitor, inside Knowledge Management, you can see the following services with errors:

  • ridid
    • Startup Error: java.lang.ClassCastException: Cannot cast class com.sapportals.wcm.util.cache.memory.MemoryLRUCache to class com.sapportals.wcm.service.ridid.RidIdCacheRidToId  
  • urimapper
    • Startup Error: can't find ridIdService
