3492068 - IAS Access Denied When Using NOT IN with Authorizations Based on Policies

Symptom

  • Authorizations Based on Policies have been enabled for IAS tenant as per Configure User Authorizations.
  • NOT IN is used as a condition for Authorizations Based on Policies.
  • The user who assigned the policy cannot log into the IAS Administration Console. The error is: Access Denied.
