3492095 - Workflow not Triggered for an Approved Employee Time Sheet after recalculation

Workflow is not triggered for an amendment timesheet which is generated by recalculation.

This is designed system behavior, the recalculation keeps the time sheet status as original. 

If original time sheet is in Approved status, after recalculation, the re-created time sheets will go to Approved status automatically. 

For example: 

1. Create a new absence for an Approved timesheet, this will trigger recalculation. 
2. The Make Amendments process is triggered, and a replacement time sheet is created for the same week. 
3. The new amendment timesheet is Approved automatically without triggering any workflow.
