3492135 - One step is missing in route form tool

When confirm in route form tool, one step is missing

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

The step user doesn't have first name and last name, so the full name is blank. System can't display the user's name.

Add first name and last name for user and confirm again.

If you have added first name and last name for the user, the step is still not displaying, please create a support ticket for further assistance.
