3492196 - It is not possible to configure a different nudge email template for ADC and PDC - Onboarding

It is not possible to change the default message that appears when the 'Nudge' option is clicked in the Dashboard in order to show a different default message for Personal Data Collection than Additional Data Collection.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The message for the 'Nudge' button is defined in the system languages.
• However, the Personal Data Collection and Additional Data Collection tasks have the same source label.
• So, the message can be changed, but it will be the same for both tasks.
• Steps for how to change this message can be found below:

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Languages
2. Download default labels (for the language the user is using)
3. Open the CSV and search for  ONBOARDING2_DEFAULT_NUDGE_MESSAGE_NEWHIRE label
4. Edit the label and import the custom translation file
