3492196 - ONB- Nudge Email template content change

Is not possible to change the default message that appears when we click on the 'Nudge' option in the Dashboard, in order to show a different default message for Personal Data Collection than for Additional Data Collection?

The message for the 'Nudge' button is defined in the system languages. However, the Personal Data Collection and Additional Data Collection tasks have the same source label.

So, you can change the message, but it will be the same for both tasks:

'Hello, You have an overdue task, {nameofthetaskhere}, related to your onboarding. Please complete the task to proceed with the onboarding process. Thanks for your help!'

For now, it's not possible to define different content for each task.

If even, you want to change the other message details, you can go to:

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Languages
2. Download default labels (for the language the user is using)
3. Open the CSV and search for  ONBOARDING2_DEFAULT_NUDGE_MESSAGE_NEWHIRE label
4. Edit the label and import the custom translation file
