3492281 - Application error in PDC Step but there are no workflow rules enable to Onboarding - Onboarding

An application error message appears when the candidate submits the Personal Data Collection step.

In the internal LOG's the following error is identified:

INVALID TABLE NAME: COULD NOT FIND TABLE/VIEW FO_WF_CONFIG IN SCHEMA

However there is no Workflow rules configured to Onboarding Context.

Additionally, there are LOG's about the MDF objects: 

[objectId] has empty external code.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

One or more MDF objects have the 'Workflow Routing' option enabled. Please note that workflows are not supported on Onboarding Data Collection pages, and this restriction also applies to MDF configurations.

You need to:

1. Go to Configure Object Definitions
2. Search for your MDF objects used to Data Collection
3. Ensure that the Workflow Routing option is empty
