Symptom
The SSO certificate is going to expire and it's necessary to upload and renew the certificate.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Administrator > Common Tasks > Configure Single-Sign On.
- Go to the tab "Identity Provider".
- Check the valid date in the section "Signature Certificate".
- The date is approaching, and the certificate has to be renewed.
Resolution
- Please contact the administrator of your IDP service provider.
- Download a new certificate from the IDP service.
- Once the new certificate is downloaded, log in to C4C system.
- Go to Administrator > Common Tasks > Configure Single Sign-On.
- Go to the Tab "Identity Provider"
- There is a button "Upload certificate" in the section "Signature Certificate", click the button to upload the new certificate.
*Note: please upload/renew the certificate beyond your business hours in case it causes a system down and impacts the ongoing business.
