3492408 - Workflow Number Range

You have created a Workflow Rule to send the Placeholder Employee ID. The Rule works, but sends the Employee with a Number Range of X (e.g 8) digits instead of Z (e.g 9) digits.

SAP Cloud for Customer

The Employee Number Range must be updated.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Access the Overview work center view.
3. Search and open activity Number Ranges for Employees and Service Agents.
4. Select the option Number range for employees under Available Number Ranges.
5. Edit the value from X (e.g 8) to Z (e.g 9).
