No new output is generated after a Purchase order is changed.

1. Fields not marked for change output.

2.There are output message entry items with status 1 (In Preparation) or 2 (To Be Output), created earlier.

Regardless how many outputs are in the document already, if any of them has status 1 or 2 then no change output will be triggered

A.Fields should be defined as print relevant for certain purchasing documents at the Configuration Activity Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes (SSCUI 102272)

B.No new output items can be created for a document, if entries exist with status 1 or 2.

1.Ensure to solve the errors associated with entries having status "In preparation".  Select the "In preparation" output and click on 'Show message log' button and errors can be seen.

2.In general "In Preparation" means there is something missing/entered wrongly in the OPD config in APP ' Output Parameter Determination'

 i.e OPD correction will prevent the issue for future outputs.

For the affected POs, after changes done in OPD, user needs to correct the output manually in APP "manage output items" and select the respective Item and clock on Send.

To generate a changes output (after print relevant changes), system will check all the previously generated output status. If any of the output remains in "In Preparation" or "To be Output", it does not proceed with new set of output generation (changes Output).

3.To generate a changed output, all previous output should be in "Completed" or "Error" status. Error status is rare scenario, it occurs due to KPRO, form rendering, etc. 

KBA 3122885-Output item of the sales order/purchase order is stuck in "In Preparation" and doesn't change to "Complete"

4.If the status remains "To be Output" with dispatch time as Immediate, then there is some issue which needs to be checked. May be a dump in backend, so create a ticket.

5.Else the status remains "To be Output" with dispatch time "Scheduled" is correct. And user need to use schedule job or "Print scheduled purchase order "APP to complete the output.
