3492780 - An E-mail Field is Missing in the Product Location Section of the Registered Product

Symptom

There is no Email field available within the product location section of the registered product.

Environment

C4C CLOUD FOR CUSTOMER 2405.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Installed Base work center.
  2. Go to the Registered Product view.
  3. Search and open registered product LMN (where LMN represents the registered product id).
  4. In the Overview facet, go to the Product Location section.
  5. Here, you can see Phone field and other address related field available but not an E-mail field.

Cause

This is the new requirement to have an E-mail field available within product location of the registered product.

Resolution

An E-mail field within Product Location section of the Registered Product will be made available with 2408 release.
