3492865 - Restrictions not working for Create MRP Change Requests app

When trying to restrict the change access to the Create MRP Change Requests app, no data is displayed by the app. When removing the change restriction the data is displayed.

Standard system behavior.

This is the standard system behavior, the Create MRP Change Request app authorization is not modeled to give read-only access. 

The app only considers a creation modus therefore Display is non-functional and not supported.

As the title mentions Create, only this feature is supported.
