3492892 - Can't link competency to job role

After migration from Job profile Builder to Talent Intelligence Hub there are some issues with mapping the competencies (that are now part of Talent intelligence hub) to a job role in Manage Job Profile Content.

1. Go to Manage Job Profile Content
2. Set Up Families and Roles
3. Select a Family
4. Select a Role
5. Click tab for Mapped Competencies
6. Try to Add or remove competencies and the system does not do it. 

The configuration was still on the Center of Capabilities Portfolio. 

Granting the permission to 'Manage Job & Skill Profile Visibility' under Manage Permission Roles as well as to view/edit.

Competencies can now be added and saved to the role.

If you don’t have 'Manage Job & Skill Profile Visibility' in RBP, you can enable it for Competencies in Configure Object Definitions - Permission Category.
