When testing cluster failover the SAP dispatcher is suspended with the following messages seen:

           detailed success timeline
           timestamps of recent repro[s]
             executed command "iptables -A OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 2049 -j DROP" on <hostname>
       
         [JUL DD 2024] 24h:m8:32   failure                
         [JUL DD 2024] 24h:m9:12   detected               
         [JUL DD 2024] 24h:m9:12   fencing started        
         [JUL DD 2024] 24h:m0:22   dispatcher disconnected
         [JUL DD 2024] 24h:m3:48   fencing ended          
         [JUL DD 2024] 24h:m4:13   dispatcher connected   
         [JUL DD 2024] 24h:m4:16   ASCS started
