3492939 - Result list does not return the notification correctly in IW29

Symptom

When selecting the notification by functional location with range restriction, the notification of functional location itself(lower name) is not returned.

For example, using range selection for Z01NAE01HYD-130* to Z01NAE01HYD-132*, notification of functional location Z01NAE01HYD-130 is not returned.
