3492970 - Ask for feedback section shows "You choose not to request feedback about #" - Performance Management

When hovering over the feedback from others section in team overview, it shows "You choose not to request feedback about # (user's first name)".

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. A manager user goes to performance inbox.
2. Navigates to team overview.
3. Notice that for some subjects, under the feedback from others section it shows "You choose not to request feedback about # (user's first name)".

Generally there are two reasons why the message "You choose not to request feedback about # (user's first name)" appears:

1. The end date for collecting feedback is past and the manager hasn't asked for feedback;
2. The modify stage is over and the manager hasn't asked for feedback.

For reason 1, please check the setting of "Date range for collecting feedback from employees" in "Form Template Settings" and make sure the end date of "Date range for collecting feedback from employees" is not passed.

Note: Some customers may configure the "End Date" as 0 days after "Default Due Date" for "Date range for collecting feedback from employees"; and configure the "Default Due Date" as 30 days after Form Creation Date for the template. But, if the user changed the due date manually when creating the form, the system would look at the manually changed due date when validating data range for collecting feedback.

For example, the form is created on July 1, 2024 and when creating the form the due date is set manually to May 1, 2024 (instead of using the default due date of the template, which is configured as 30 days after Form Creation Date = July 31, 2024). Then, when the system validates data range for collecting feedback, it takes May 1, 2024 as the end date. So for this form and subject, when the manager user hovers over the "feedback from others" section in team overview, it will show "You choose not to request feedback about # (user's first name)".

For reason 2, please route the form back to modify stage.
