The product name is being displayed as the ID when logged in with Dutch, French, or other languages that could be affected.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Login to the C4C tenant with Deutsch or other languages that could be affected.
2. Go to Products OWL.
3. The descriptions are not correct. They are being displayed as the IDs.
4. However, if you log in to the tenant in English, the description will be represented correctly.

The product names are not maintained for Dutch, French, or other languages. Thus, C4C system displays it using IDs.

Please maintain the product name on the UI screen by following the steps below.

1. Go to Products > Product Administration.
2. Open the target product.
3. Go to the "Other Languages" tab.
4. Maintain the product name for the target language.
   
   
   
   
5. Check whether the issue persists. If it persists, please ensure the language determined by the query "sap-language" in the URL is correct. The URL looks like https://myxxxxxx-sso.crm.ondemand.com/sap/ap/ui/clogin?saml2=disabled&app.component=/SAP_UI_CT/Main/root.uiccwoc&rootWindow=X&redirectUrl=/sap/public/byd/runtime&sap-language=zh
