3493043 - Gray metric "Fallback snapshot age" showing in Solution Manager System Monitoring UI

Symptom

  • One snapshot occurred in HANA database but in Solution Manager System Monitoring UI, database exception metric "Fallback snapshot age" shows gray status.



  • When checking data collection, there is error message "Check for inactive Alerts" in DBACOCKPIT -> self-monitoring.
    And the Alert "Fallback snapshot age(108)" is inactive.
