3493297 - Model diagrams do not display any symbol in Portal - SAP PD

Symptom

  • Diagrams do not display any symbol in Portal.
  • Preview is not working.
  • It happens with various model types.
  • These diagrams look fine in the Desktop client application.
  • There are some errors in cmrserver.log:
       [] ERROR main 2024/07/09 07:32:56 BST com.sybase.cmr.infra.server.persistence.db.CommandPersistenceManagerImpl.executeUpdateQuery: CommandPersistenceManagerImpl.java(1143) Delete unused extended attributes error: Incorrect syntax near 'x'.
       [] ERROR main 2024/07/09 07:32:56 BST com.sybase.cmr.infra.server.persistence.db.CommandPersistenceManagerImpl.executeUpdateQuery: CommandPersistenceManagerImpl.java(1143) Delete long attribute values without object error: Incorrect syntax near 'la'.
       [] ERROR main 2024/07/09 07:32:56 BST com.sybase.cmr.infra.server.persistence.db.CommandPersistenceManagerImpl.executeUpdateQuery: CommandPersistenceManagerImpl.java(1143) Delete unused action lists error: Incorrect syntax near 'a'.
       [] ERROR main 2024/07/09 07:32:56 BST com.sybase.cmr.infra.server.persistence.db.CommandPersistenceManagerImpl.executeUpdateQuery: CommandPersistenceManagerImpl.java(1143) Delete long attribute values without long text or binary error: Incorrect syntax near 'la'.
