Symptom

During activation of SAP S/4 HANA best practices, you receive the following error: Entry * was not copied from /SCWM/TMAPWHNUM of the Business Configuration Set. The error log is the following:

BC Set * passed to activate
Customizing object /SCWM/TMAPWHNUM passed to activation
Activation rolled back
Save is aborted, due to error raised in event TMAPWHNUM_BEFORE_SAVE
Data was saved
Entry * was not copied from /SCWM/TMAPWHNUM of the Business Configuration Set.
