Symptom
A user navigates to the Manage Cases screens within the WT&A web application. Instead of seeing a list of Absence Cases, matching those from PROD, this user instead sees no cases at all. The user can create new cases without issue, and the case number count may continue from where it left off in PROD. But all existing cases are missing.
However, the counts of cases may appear as non-zero. So it seems as though there should be cases in that environment, but no user can access them.
