Symptom

  • Accessing AMC with URL "https://<server-host-ip>:8080" gets error:

In Google Chrome :

This site can’t provide a secure connection
10.xx.xx.xx sent an invalid response.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

In Microsoft Edge:

The connection for this site is not secure
10.xx.xx.xx  sent an invalid response.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

  • The AMC service is running fine per 'ps -ef |grep AMC' output.
