3493539 - Connection not shown in the list when changing the connection using "Change Remote Table Source" for remote tables

You want to change the remote table connection using "Change Remote Table Source" 
according to Modify or Duplicate Remote Tables | SAP Help Portal 

but the connection you want to change to is not displayed in the list.

In the Remote section of your remote table, click Change Remote Table Source.

To get the connection in the list:

1. The corresponding connection type should support the remote tables feature
2. The remote tables feature must be enabled in the connection configuration

Make sure both 1 and 2 are fulfilled:

1. The target connection type supports the remote tables feature
