Symptom

Certain Keys Not Appearing in Text Replacement for Some Locale.

For example, "Competency" or "Competencies" do not appear in the Text Replacement section for the Simplified Chinese language.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite

Reproducing the Issue

1. Access the Successfactors.
2. Navigate to Text Replacement.
3. Select Simplified Chinese.
4. Attempt to search for "Competency" or "Competencies" keys.
5. Notice that nothing appears.
6. Note that the same keys are available in French and English languages.

Resolution

This is expected behavior because each language has its own specific keys.

The absence of a specific key means that it is simply not utilized by that particular language.

The options available in Text Replacement are unique to each language, and there is no intention to make them identical across different languages.
